Randall Miller to Speak on Practical and Ethical Considerations When Transitioning your Law Practice at State Bar Annual Meeting

Managing Partner Randall Miller will speak at the California State Bar’s 86^th Annual Meeting to be held on October 10-13 in San Jose, CA. In the program, “Lawyers in Transition: Practical and Ethical Considerations When Making Changes”,  Mr. Miller will address practical and ethical considerations arising out of transitioning a lawyer’s practice, including opening a small or solo firm, adding a new partner or incorporating a new practice area and leaving a firm or entering retirement.

The program will also address malpractice exposure and ethics issues that arise, and the malpractice insurance issues to consider.
